Tod P. Salisbury, Attorney at Law
Tod has many years of experience handling real estate settlements and other real estate matters. He graduated from the University of Virginia Law School in 1978 and began the firm that same year. He holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and attended St. Albans High School in Washington D.C.. Tod is past president of the Frederick County Bar Association and is also a member of the Maryland Bar Association. He is a past president of the Jeanne Bussard Center, Wolfsville Ruritan Club, Myersville PTA, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and Citizens for Better Government. He presently serves on the Boards of Catoctin Land Trust and Trinity School. He has received numerous awards from many local associations. Tod lives on a farm near Myersville, Maryland with his wife, five children and assorted livestock.
Patrick F. McLister, Attorney at Law
Patrick is an attorney with many years of experience. He obtained his law degree from the American University School of Law in Washington D.C. in 1984. He holds an undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and attended Wootton High School in Rockville, Maryland.. He has conducted hundreds of real estate settlements since joining the law firm in 1987. Prior to coming to Frederick, Patrick was a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain. He has received numerous awards throughout his professional life. He is currently a member of the Maryland and Frederick County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. His law practice now is with emphasis on real estate and wills. Patrick and his wife live in Frederick and have 5 children.
Barry K. Salisbury, Attorney at Law
Barry graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, Order of the Coif, in 1981 and joined the firm that year. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and attended the Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Literacy Council of Frederick, the Mental Health Association, Second Street and Hope and the Frederick Rescue Mission. She is active in her church, Middletown United Methodist Church, and is currently serving on the Myersville Bike Open Space and Trails Committee and on the Board of the Trinity School of Frederick. She lives with husband and partner on a farm near Myersville, Maryland and is the proud mother of five wonderful children..
